Thuraya Omar (T.A.R.M Managing Partner)
Thuraya Omar is the Managing partner of T.A.R.M Consultancy and was the Head of Talent Capability and Development
for UAE nationals in Emirates Steel the biggest steel mill in the Middle East. She became one of UAE’s first women to
support and encourage local recruitment. After becoming involved in the Emiratization movement in her40s, Thuraya joined
Emirates Steel in 2008. For 20 years, she directed campaigns anddelivered organizations goals in Scouting talent,
Enhancing and Engaging talent in various industry fields. Moreover,streamlining organization goals with individual
KPI’s and designed, promoted an incentive and reward scheme for UAE national Emiratization.Beginning in 1988, Thuraya
spent 12 years in studying an education Diploma from Warren School in Michigan, USA then after a Bachelor of Business
and HRM from the University of Sunderland in UK. She also studied professional certifications in:

- • Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor
In 2008, Thuraya Specialized in Talent Management with designing and establishing the Emirates Steel training Centre as in:

She is well experienced in creating development programmes for management and for key potential employees. She partnered with Academic institutes and customized industry base programmes. Santosh Bhosale (T.A.R.M Operational Excellence SME)
Santosh Bhosale is TARM’s Operational Excellence SME and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master black belt and DQA, SKEA and MRM, Taqdeer innovation Awards Assessor with over 29 years’ experience in innovation, business excellence, process excellence.
He is an approved IASSC accredited trainer and proctor for Lean Six Sigma belts and trained close to 5000 resources in healthcare, retail, construction, Services, manufacturing, BPOs, BFSI, KPOs across the globe in innovation, Balance score card, Hoshin Kanri matrix, Six Sigma, Lean, Supply Chain, BPMS, Project / process Management & Quality management. He has played a role of master black belt and Program Manager for world’s first deployment of Lean Six sigma ISO 18404:2015 standard in mfg successfully at Sobha Construction Subsidiary at Dubai in 2021.
His Core competency in blending practical experience and integration of lean six sigma, ISO and excellence frameworks and various approaches, tools and techniques for achieving sustainable organizational transformation in manufacturing, transactional and service sectors.
He is a judge and assessor for the last 5 years at Dubai Quality Group Symposium for Kaizen, LSS, Best practices and Innovation, Employee happiness categories. He was a Vice chair since 2016 to 2021 of Continual improvement Subgroup formed under Dubai Quality Group (DQG) and currently an Executive committee member. He is an approved Lean management consultant by National productivity council (NPC) and (QCI)Government of India.
